That’s why I have a few set up options for you to choose from. We can meet in my comfortable therapy room in Balgowlah, work online or we can take a stroll along a peaceful stretch of the beautiful Northern Beaches – the choice is yours.

In-person

 

Meeting in person in a comfortable, private space has many benefits and opens up various creative ways of working. My Balgowlah therapy room is located a short distance from Manly, Balgowlah Heights, Clontarf, Seaforth and is easily reached from the rest of the Northern Beaches. It is accessible by foot, car and public transport.

Free parking is available in the nearby shopping centre as well as on-street parking.

Online

 

If for any reason therapy in person does not work for you, video call sessions are a great option. Online therapy works very well for many people and can be very effective, despite some of its limitations. All you need is smoothly running internet and some privacy for the duration of our session.

Walk & talk / Ecotherapy

 

While some people are more relaxed in a private room, others find it much easier to open up outdoors surrounded by nature and fresh air.

Walk and talk therapy option is just what it sounds like. We take the session outside for a slow-paced walk, or find a quiet spot to sit if you prefer and the rest is just the same as in a therapy room.

In ecotherapy sessions, we work with nature directly as a part of the therapeutic process itself. This often has a profound healing effect on many clients.

Locations are arranged to suit both of us and are situated around Manly, Balgowlah, Dee Why, Narrabeen, Curl Curl and a few other beautiful spots around the Northern Beaches. (outdoor sessions are currently limited to Wednesdays only)

For many people, committing to long-term therapy isn’t always possible or the right fit. While healing deep relational wounds is a journey that takes time, we can often jumpstart meaningful change by focusing on a few key pillars - like boundaries. These shifts change how we show up for others, and ourselves. If you’re feeling stuck in people-pleasing patterns, disconnected from yourself and others, drained by everyone else’s demands and like you’re never quite “enough”, this program is for you.

Space for Me is a 6-week individual therapeutic program designed to help you learn how to set and maintain healthy boundaries without guilt. These six sessions offer a blend of structured content and space dedicated to exploring your unique dynamics in a relational, holistic style.

Together we will work to:

  • become clear on what’s keeping you stuck in unhealthy relationship dynamics

  • remove the barriers that prevent you from building a life filled with healthy connections and space for your needs

  • develop the skills to set clear, loving boundaries that protect your energy


Sessions can be in-person or online

Total cost for the program $954 ($159 per session).

Can be paid upfront in full or per session.

If you decide to book a session, I will send you a welcome pack with more detailed information and ask you to answer a few questions about yourself.

Start your therapy.

It usually takes a couple of sessions to get a feel if working with me could be helpful to you. Sometimes finding the right therapist takes some shopping around – it’s OK if I’m not the right fit for you.
